Hello! So glad you stopped by,
I’m Michelle
My interest in UX grew from my experience working in customer service.
I’ve worked with customers across various companies, solving their problems daily. It’s relieving to witness someone relax once their issue is resolved, but tense to see their frustration build when a problem is stalled, or worse left unresolved.
In those moments, I realize that unresolved issues often lie internally. I found myself wanting to look deeper and improve the experience for both employees and customers. In other words, I want to be a UX Designer.
Since discovering UX, I’ve nearly completed my degree in Graphic Design, gained experience through practicing UX projects
I challenge myself to practice UX in academic, personal, and professional settings; always looking to grow my understanding of research, interface design, and collaborative problem-solving. My projects are just the beginning, and I’m excited to continue learning alongside other designers and team members.
